SuitePulse reads how your ERP is configured and how it runs. It doesn't change it, and it doesn't need your transaction data to do that.

Read-only
SuitePulse has no write access. It can't create, edit or delete anything in your ERP.
Minimal access
The integration role covers only what the analysis needs, and you can revoke it at any time.
Human approval
Recommendations are guidance. Your team decides what changes and when.

The details

Connection: A read-only integration using a role your administrator creates and controls.
What's analyzed: Configuration, customizations, scripts, workflows, report definitions and execution history.
What's not: Transaction amounts, customer, vendor and employee records, and file contents.
Changes to your ERP: None. SuitePulse has no write access, and recommendations are never applied automatically.
Credentials: Encrypted, and never stored in plain text.
Load on your ERP: Reads run at a low, steady rate with heavier work scheduled off-peak, so users and integrations aren't slowed down.
Your data: Findings and scores are kept so your health history works. Delete a scan or your account and the data is removed.
Compliance: SOC 2 in progress. No report has been issued yet.
