How the service is licensed and operated.
The operational facts below are accurate and stable. The contractual document that governs them is still being prepared.
The factual position
- What the service does
- Analyzes a connected ERP environment and returns scored findings, root-cause investigations and recommended fixes. It does not modify the environment.
- Access model
- Read-only. SuitePulse has no write access, and recommendations are never applied automatically.
- Supported ERPs
- NetSuite is supported first. Other ERPs are on the roadmap; nothing on this site promises support for a specific ERP by a specific date.
- Your data
- You can export your findings and analysis history at any time, and deleting your SuitePulse account removes that history.
- Revoking access
- Deactivate the integration in your ERP. Access ends immediately, without needing our involvement.
- Free analysis
- Requires no payment method, and does not convert to a paid plan when it completes.
- Pricing
- Commercial terms are agreed per customer and are not yet published. Nothing on this site is a binding quote.
